Chemical Stripping

Chemical Stripping is the process in which metal-based objects are stripped of things such as paint, varnish and lacquer.

The process is designed to strip all coatings that are attached to the metal, leaving nothing more than bare metal by the end of the process.

Chemical stripping is used for a variety of purposes, mainly as an alternative to sandblasting when softer, more delicate materials like aluminum need to be cleaned without leaving marks on the surface.

Using this process we are able to clean machine parts, hooks from powder painting hanging systems, aluminum car wheels, bicycle frames, etc.
