Deburring

Deburring is the process of removing sharp material edges (metal or plastic), the so-called burr from the edge of the material after a machining operation. They arise as a result of laser cutting,  grinding, drilling, milling, engraving or molding. Dulling of these sharp edges is necessary to improve the functionality or aesthetics of a given material and to protect the users from injury.

We operate a modern RÖSLER drum vibrator. We use porcelain abrasive chips of various sizes and shapes, which allows for vibro-abrasive machining of almost every material.
