Sandblasting is a mechanical operation used for cleaning surfaces from rust, surface defects and old paint coatings. During the process, the sharp edges of the material are removed and the surface to be cleaned is appropriately rough.
Our 600 x 300 x 300 cm machine allows us to prepare large-size surfaces. We use steel shot abrasive material for most applications, but our sandblaster allows the use of other types of abrasives, depending on the desired surface outcome, such as: mineral abrasives, corundum, glass balls.
Sandblasted materials can then be treated with a layer of powder paint in our paint shop, which will prevent the formation of rust.
